Food Pantry
Great Expectations is opening a food pantry to serve our most vulnerable families. If you have a need for food, we are here to help. In most cases, we can provide snack kits for the kids, dry goods, meats and occasional produce depending upon availability. It is our pleasure to serve you wholesome food that will feed a family of 4.
Service hours: 1st Saturday of Every month from 10:00am-12:00pm
Come prepared:
- Valid Photo ID and sign our form. That’s it!
- Bring extra bags just in case
- Please call ahead to see if the food pantry is open and if not, ask if we have any emergency kits available.
Diaper Depot
The Diaper Depot has always been one of our most popular programs. We were giving out diapers and wipes freely to those in need. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, economics, and people taking advantage of the program, we have to change how we serve and ensure that as many people as possible have an opportunity to receive diapers and wipes. Please read carefully the new guidelines for diapers below:
ATTENTION NEW DIAPER DEPOT RULES
- We only carry newborn to size 4 diapers
- You may only come 1x a month and receive 1 sleeve of diapers (that might equate to 20-30 diapers depending upon size)
- If you are a parenting or pregnant teen/young adult under the age of 24, we encourage you to sign up for our teen program. The teen program will allow you to accumulate points/game badges based upon the number of educational classes you complete online, in person, or on the mobile app. Depending upon how many game badges or points you accumulate by the end of the month, will determine how many diapers you can receive for that month. We make it easy to win!!! Please ask us how.
- If you are over 24 years of age, pregnant or parenting and/or not enrolled in our teen program, you have an opportunity to enter into our Diaper Depot Membership Club.
Diaper Depot Membership Club
- Requires a monthly fee of $25 which goes toward the purchase of 1 case of diapers per month per child and 1 pkg of wipes per month per child.
- If you have more than 1 child and want additional cases of diapers, you will need to pay $15.00 per additional size/child. This is a huge discount!
- The membership will ensure we always have your size in stock and ready for when you come in that month. All child names, birthdates and sizes will be required at registration.
- Payment must be made by the 1st of every month. This can be made online or in person. If it is not paid by the first, diapers will not be available for you that month.
- No contract required, but a membership form is to be completed.
- You may withdraw your membership at any time
- Once you withdraw your membership, you can start receiving a sleeve of diapers on the following month after withdrawl from the Diaper Depot Membership Club if needed.
- Diaper brands will range from Pampers, Huggies, Luvs, Seventh Generation, Sam’s Club brand, to Parent’s Choice. We will only go up to size 4 diapers.
- Make sure you are always certain of your child’s size. No refunds or exchanges because you picked up the wrong size. Please verify size before leaving the building.
